A businessman walked by the same newsstand everyday along with his colleague. Each day he would give the newspaper vendor a big smile. The Vendor ignored him mostly.
One day his colleague asked him why he does that, given that he is generally being ignored.
He replied : “I am not going to let that vendor determine how I want to act and feel through the day .”
How is that for keeping a cheerful attitude !
